The 9 Divine Rules of Health to take you on the Next Level, No. 6 is a Game Changer!

Do you sometimes get uncomfortable when you look at yourself in the mirror?

Or do you fall ill too easily and struggle to recover quickly so that you don’t miss your day to day tasks?

If you don’t think about it, it’s nothing but if you do then seriously it’s not good at all.

So in this post, we’re going to discuss some golden tips to keep yourself healthy and fit so that you struggle quite less and live more.

Here they are…

Do Resistance Training

The body can’t tell the difference between a dumbbell, a rod, or your own body weight so you can engage in the type of resistance training you want. Having good strength and muscle mass will give you the courage to face everything in life plus you will look amazing, naked.

Needless to say, it increases your energy levels, keeps bones strong, supports good posture, and increases metabolism to lose weight.

Eat more Fruits & Vegetables

Have you ever seen anybody who has gotten fat because of eating too many fruits and vegetables? Think about it! The answer is ‘Plain No’. In fact, it’s impossible to eat them too much as they require a lot of chewing and have a great amount of water.

Fruits and vegetables draw their nutrients from mother earth and give you the energy to perform superbly in and out of the gym.

Don’t Ignore Protein

Building and supporting muscles are nearly impossible without protein. Protein has amino acids that help to repair and rebuild your muscles. Plus protein keeps you fuller for a long time hence helps to lose fat.

If you want to build the blocks for great bones, skin, cartilage, and blood then protein is the way to go.

Cardiovascular Activity is also Important

Unfortunately, heart diseases nowadays have become very common and deadly. A lot of people suffer from heart attacks and recovering from that is not a walk in the park. Good aerobic fitness helps a great deal in cutting the chances of heart diseases.

Cardiovascular Fitness helps to:

  • Lower blood pressure
  • Regulate blood sugar
  • Improve sleep quality
  • Strengthen the immune system
  • Regulate weight

So keep moving!

Water Water Water

More than 60% of our bodies are made of water. And did you know that if you lose more than 2% of it through anything, a lot of bad things like these can happen:

  • Feeling dizzy
  • Dehydrated skin
  • Racy heartbeat
  • Rapid breathing
  • Sleepiness
  • Fainting
  • Sunken eyes

It’s impossible for your body to function without water, period!

Have a bit of ‘Me’ Time

Work, life, family, friends, all are amazing but they can sometimes overwhelm you a bit. You are forced to rush around, try to get a lot of stuff done but you wander aimlessly in multiple directions. So if you don’t make time for yourself, it will be very hard for you to keep your sanity.

Making and maintaining a gratitude journal, meditating, walking are some great tools to repel the noise of the world and listen to your inner voice.

Consistency is the Key

This is inarguably the most important rule and not exactly a rule but a skill. A valuable skill to master. Nobody can tell what will work best for you, your schedule, and your lifestyle. It’s only ‘you’ who can figure it out for yourself and take control of your life.

Even if you are not able to do it daily, no issues. Try to do it most of the days and don’t ever give up.

Make Sleep a Priority

If you want to enjoy great health and well-being, sleep will have to be given good importance. You might be surprised by the fact that only sleeping properly can rid you of several issues like anxiety, depression, high blood pressure, etc.

During sleep, your body is repaired and recuperated after the challenges you go through all day so getting enough of it is a no-brainer.

Not only behave but Eat like an Adult too

Just kidding! While binging on happy meals, candies, fried food, chocolates, etc. is great when you are a kid (your metabolism was like an Audi R8 back then) following the same eating practices can put you in trouble.

Even if you like to enjoy this stuff once in a while, go ahead without any worries but always pay attention to portions.

So what are you doing to take yourself to the next level?
