Initially, you can do 1 or 2 sets while taking a 2-minute break in between. And as you build more stamina and get more experienced, you can increase the set number to 5.

As this is a high-intensity interval workout (HIIT), do not do it more than 3-4 times a week and also take a protein-rich diet and drink lots of water.
