Are you a champion in your life but still feel down sometimes?

You excel in your job, health & fitness and family matters, but still, feel defeated by circumstances.

Sometimes you feel like accomplishing tasks effortlessly one after the other but sometimes you can’t even wake up on time.

Yes, it happens. And when it happens, moving on in life seems a strenuous task.

You feel depressed, your energy levels are low and you aren’t able to figure out what the heck is going on!

Where has the “Champion” inside me gone??

Where is that person who always won at everything which came in its way?

To help you pick yourself back up, make up your mind positively and move forward or in short start winning at this game called life again, I am sharing 3 short stories with you.

A little push for a rewarding life

Once upon a time, a king ordered his men to place a boulder on the road. After getting it done the king hid in the bushes to see what the people passing by will do about it. A lot of people came and go but nobody cared to remove the boulder.

After a while, a peasant came and noticed the boulder. Instead of blaming others for not removing it he himself started to push it.

After a lot of effort and strain, he finally managed to remove it. Under the boulder, he found a purse containing gold coins and note from the king that stated that it was for the person who removed the boulder.

See, instead of blaming others the peasant took the pain himself and removed the roadblock. While he did it selflessly he got a reward that he couldn’t have expected even in his dreams.

Let’s move onto the next one!

You are stronger than you think!

One day a man saw a group of elephants tied by a small rope. Confused, he asked their trainer why they were tied by one as they can easily break them anytime and be free.

The trainer smiled and told him that when an elephant is very young, it is tied with the same rope and at that time it is strong enough to hold it. As it grows up it is conditioned to believe that it can’t breakaway.

It thinks that the rope can still hold it and doesn’t even make the effort to set itself free.

A huge lesson is to be learned here. Your past obstacles and failures don’t hold any significance in your present life so set yourself free and emerge as a winner.

No pain no gain!

Once upon a time, a man was observing a butterfly that was starting to hatch from its cocoon. It was struggling to force itself through a tiny hole but suddenly stopped making progress and looked like being stuck.

The man couldn’t see the helpless butterfly and decided to do something about it. He took a pair of scissors and cut off the cocoon so that the butterfly can come out.

The butterfly emerged easily but had a swollen body and small wings. It had to spend its entire life with a swollen body and the inability to fly.

The struggle which the butterfly was going through was necessary to lead a joyous and rewarding life as it was nature’s way of forcing the fluid into the wings of the butterfly and prepare it for flying after setting itself free.

But unfortunately and unintentionally, the man deprived the butterfly of all that.

So whenever you are going through a tough time in your life, just embrace the situation, keep going and never ever give up.

A life full of happiness, success and wealth is waiting for you on the other side of the road.

Cheers!
